Business Owners! Beneficial Ownership Information Report ("BOIR") filing requirement is BACK IN EFFECT + again REQUIRED under the Corporate Transparency Act ("CTA"), as of the most recent update the the ongoing legislation - (February 17th, 2025 ruling by the US District Court in Smith v. U.S. Dept of the Treasury).
