Diane Franks | Legal Assistant to Chris Phillips

Diane Franks brings 23 years of legal experience, focused exclusively in the areas of Nevada Probate and Estate + Trust Litigation. 

In fact, Diane has worked beside attorney Chris Phillips since 2002, and is an original PB Law team member!

Outside of work, Diane is a voracious reader, a lover of cats, and an avid gardener.  Diane is the mother of three children and six grandchildren.  Her oldest son is a retired veteran, her daughter is a medical assistant + veteran advocate, and her youngest son is in the U.S. Army Marksman Unit.
