Diane Franks | Legal Assistant to Chris Phillips

Diane's 20 + years of legal experience have been focused solely in the areas of Probate + Trust Administration and Estate Litigation.

Diane Franks has worked exclusively with attorney Christopher Phillips since 2002, and is an original staff member of Phillips Ballenger.

Outside of work, Diane is a voracious reader, a lover of cats, and an avid gardener.  Diane is also a mother of three children, including two sons in the U.S. Army Marksman Unit, and a daughter who is mother to two of her four five grandchildren!
