Phillips Ballenger Estate Attorneys
First of all- thank you for taking the time to learn about our law firm, Phillips Ballenger. You’ll soon see that we are not your “average” law firm. Chris + Tiffany decided to start their own practice because they are of the belief that the traditional law firm is a somewhat broken model and we strive to do things a bit differently here. Our firm is dedicated to what we know + love – estate law. We help with Trusts, Estate Planning, Probate, Asset Protection, Business Planning, and Estate Litigation.

& Estate Litigation
Losing a loved one is hard enough without having to deal with the hassle, expense, and emotional strain of prolonged litigation. We assist clients with everything from simple probate filings to complex contested estate litigation battles.
During our initial consultation, we will get to know one another and discuss your current situation, current planning (if applicable), your concerns, and goals. We are happy to review any estate planning or corporate documents that you may have during this meeting. We ask you to provide as much information as possible before our meeting, so we can be prepared to ask the important questions to best design your perfect plan.
When dealing with the unfortunate loss of a loved one, family members are often faced with the daunting task of locating and deciding what to do with deceased person’s (often referred to as a the “decedent”) estate and property. There is a lot of work to be done and the associated tasks may seem incredibly daunting, especially when dealing with the emotional pain of the loss. The difficulties may be magnified if your loved one’s estate is subject to the probate process.
