Chris Phillips formed the boutique estate law firm, Phillips Ballenger, with partner Tiffany Ballenger Floyd in January of 2013. Chris's practice is focused on Nevada probate, trust administration, and estate litigation. Chris has practiced exclusively in the areas of Nevada probate and complex estate & trust litigation for over 20 years. Matters:- Chris represents clients in contested matters including Will & Trust contests, contested creditor claims, probate & trust-related real estate litigation, and cases involving the theft of estate and trust assets.
- Chris’s considerable trial work includes Will & Trust contests based upon undue influence, testamentary and contractual capacity, unjust enrichment, forgery, fraud and technical invalidity.
