Professional, Knowledgeable, Dependable, Responsive, Efficient, Effective + Friendly…

We needed our estate plan updated, that was last updated in 2012 and the lawyer that created the original and 2012 update was not available. We searched for a replacement law firm. As it turned out that was the hardest part. There are some less than “capable” firms out there.  We fortunately engaged Phillips Ballenger to begin our process.  They present a low risk and low cost for an initial evaluation. They get familiar with you and you get a way to evaluate them for fit.  After that initial meeting with them, they explained the process and costs.  Easily understandable and we proceeded to the next step.
There are many cliches used and I’m sorry to use some here. However, I believe each of these fit and are not easily used with some other firms. Professional, knowledgeable, dependable, responsive, efficient, effective and friendly. I won’t go into detail on each characteristic, but found PB Law fitting of each term and probably more.
The process is not effortless. You have to do your homework and complete your thoughts (and should) to produce the product you want and need.  The elapsed time frame, from start to finish was, in my opinion, short and efficient. The product was well done. When we left the office, we completely understood the product and follow on steps.
If you are looking to create a comprehensive, meaningful estate plan, we recommend you consider PB Law.
Again, my opinion, the cost of the engagement was very reasonable, especially considering the quality.  Lastly, we interfaced with Becky and Kat on a personal basis. We had email conversations with Tiffany. All were excellent. (Not exactly my experience with some).
