My husband and I are thankful to have worked with Tiffany and her team to complete our estate plan.
No one wants to talk about death, plans for one’s life should a catastrophic illness or accident occur, or the distribution of money or assets, but Tiffany helped us navigate these treacherous topics with common sense, humor, and delicacy–all of which, we appreciated. Our estate plan addressed all our requirements as well as items we were not aware existed.

As to the actual processes, we liked that most of it was conducted via a zoom meeting, online intake forms, and emails. The only in-person meeting occurred at signing. Ms. Ballenger-Floyd’s use of technology respected our busy schedule and optimized the time we were able to dedicate to meeting with her or her team members.
